Founded by the late Peter William Lea, PWL Management is a proud family-run artist management company built on over 100 years of combined experience within the entertainment and theatre industry. Peter was highly respected throughout the theatre world, having produced shows across the UK, managed theatres nationwide, and worked on high-profile touring productions. His knowledge of venues, audiences, and performers created a legacy of professionalism and excellence that continues to shape our company today.
Our Legacy
Peter’s passion for quality entertainment and his unwavering standards laid the foundations for PWL Management. Known for his integrity, fairness, and dedication to both artists and clients, he built long-standing relationships throughout the industry — relationships that remain strong to this day.
Today, that legacy lives on through his daughters, who continue to uphold the values and standards he instilled.

Peter William Lea
Founder
Peter Lea spent 30 years working in all aspects of Live Theatre between 1971 & 2004.
Having retired from Full Time employment Peter gained a great reputation as a very funny guest speaker for many organisations and as an enthralling After Dinner Speaker. Peter shared his amusing stories and memories of his vast Career spent managing Theatres in Cardiff, Norwich, Eastbourne, Leicester and Leatherhead. In addition Peter directed Theatre Productions and Toured the UK with numerous No 1 Tours. He would share his tales of meeting Royalty including Princess Diane, Prince Charles and Princess Margaret. He would beguile you with his nonstop stories of working with many elite and world class celebrities including the legendary Eartha Kit and Marlene Dietrich. He also had an endless back catalogue of hilarious pantomime tales.
Peter’s stories were fascinating, mesmerizing and vividly told with passion in a captivating way that would have audiences of any size begging him to tell them more.
He two daughter now continue his story in his honour through PWL Management.
Cerys Lea
Owner
Cerys grew up around Showbiz and loved every single second. No other career had a look in! It was Showbiz all the way for her.
Cerys has worked in every department of the Theatre and entertainment industry, from Wardrobe to Stage Management, Box office to producing events and productions.
She has covered every corner of the hospitality industry over the years and using this knowledge and experience she is able to bring a clear vision to what events and entertainment require. Cerys is able to draw on her experience to tailor make the perfect package for any event or performance.
From writing entertainment packages and programs, including gameshows and quizzes to full blown productions, including pantomimes and musicals Cerys can help you make your event perfect
Steve Colledge
Technical Producer
Steve has over 30 years in the entertainment industry, ranging from tour management, comedy writing, stage performances and more.
Steve Joins PWL Management in a technical and production role, having produced many events over the years. With Steve’s technical background, he brings a whole new dynamic to PWL Management, creating stunning visuals, stage productions and technically challenging productions for our artists and tours.
Steve also runs a successful Media Company, providing digital backdrops, graphics and animated scenes for many top clients, including British Pantomimes, P&O Cruises and many other great theatre productions.
This year, Steve is challenged with producing our shows that we asre taking to Edinburgh, with everything from marketting and technical requirements, to logistics and digital platform sales.

Peter had many stories to tell from his years in the industry. Having worked with, and befriending many of the UK’s leading celebrities, Peter was a well known character in the industry.
Siân and Cerys regularly came home to the sights of people like TV Legend Ted Rogers, from 3,2,1, Dusty Bin fame sat on their sofa.
The Tower of London
Another outing with a very young Siân and Cerys with one of their many trips to London.
Peter not onlyproduced and directed shows at the Dominion Theatre and Mermaid Theatre, but he loved the west end and was a huge fan of Stephen Schwartz, who wrote the music for Disneys Hunchback of Notre Dame, Pocahontas and Enchanted, he also wrote the music for Godspell, Pippin and the very popular Wicked.
Wales Millenium Centre – Cardiff
Peter worked at many theatres across the UK and spent a good many years at the New Theatre in Cardiff.
After Peter’s sad passing, his daughters decided to honour his theatre work by having his name placed on a seat at the newly built Wales Millenium Centre – Cardiff. This will be an everlasting legacy and each time his daughters go to see a show here, they always aim to be seated in “Peter’s seat” and a memory of a wonderful man, sadly no longer with us…..
…but his legacy lives on
